Golf

A unique experience for today's golfers!

Croasdaile Country Club has 50 plus years of wonderful history and we could not be more excited begin our next chapter. Our classic parklands golf course is exceptionally maintained year round. Our course was designed by famed architect George Cobb for a grand opening in 1966. Architect and Cobb Associate John Lafoy performed a very honest and essential renovation in 2002, which included a conversion to A1-A4 Bentgrass greens and provides our current course layout. A unique experience for today’s golfers, our course weaves across varying elevations and landscapes in the form of a butterfly with both nines returning to the clubhouse, yet very few contiguous holes. Therefore, our players are treated to a very private golf experience. We have several tee options for varying abilities and handicaps, including hybrid options between tees. Slope and Rating values for both men and women are provided for every tee except our furthest tees. We believe this provides the best opportunity for our members and guests to enjoy the course as it is intended.

Replete with one of the area’s largest grass practice tees, a 5000 square foot main putting green, a 7500 square foot auxiliary chipping and putting green, and 5000 square foot practice green with ½ acre surrounds for short game, Croasdaile Country Club sets itself apart for the ardent golfer. The Professional Golf Staff represents decades of tournament, instruction, and fitting experience and is a wonderful resource for any of our members’ and guests’ golf needs. We are convenient to the burgeoning Downtown Durham as well as Duke Medical and Duke University areas, yet secluded in our immediate surrounds. Croasdaile Country Club is the sanctuary for Triangle’s discerning golfer and family.
