Our Executive Chef, David Wimmers, creates menus that offer a variety of delicious foods including, seafood, steak, and continental cuisine. The menu changes seasonally to add variety for our Members. The Croasdaile Clubhouse has multiple dining areas, available for lunch or dinner and offers up to 4 private banquet, meeting, and private dining areas. Members share some of their best times together over meals and gatherings at Croasdaile.
